Standard Freight Conditions
We will will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. Normally orders are dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed.
- For North Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days.*
- For South Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days.*
If you have not received your delivery within these time frames please contact us.
*An extra 1-2 working days should be allowed for a Rural Delivery address.
Recurring subscription orders are delivered within the above timeframes. Your card is charged, and the order is placed on the renewal date, and then delivered within our usual timeframes.
Every so often there are heavy demands on particular products. As we deal mainly with small suppliers, it is not always possible to replenish our supplies immediately. We do our best to always have product available and we apologise if the product you seek is sold out. Products that are unavailable will be clearly marked until we receive replacement stock.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any queries about a product, please contact us. If a product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you prior to dispatching the order. If there is a fault with a product we will return and replace it at our own cost.
We offer a 100% refund or exchange if you are not satisfied in any way with our products. The unused product/s must be returned at your expense to:

If you have ordered an incorrect colour or size, it can be returned at your cost, and so long as it is unused and able to be re-sold, we will replace it with the product of your choice.
